MLD has been a long time shareholder as principals and with clients in the portfolio of Starlight US Multi-Family Fund. Recently they announced a transformational transaction to create Starlight 5.

Established in April 2013, the mandate of Starlight Investments Ltd.‘s U.S. Multi-Family platform is the acquisition, ownership and management of recently constructed, Class “A” multi-family real estate properties in the southeastern and southwestern United States.

Starlight US Multi-Family capitalizes on historically low home ownership levels in the United States which, when coupled with increasing immigration and job growth, results in an expanding rental market in targeted geographic locations.
